"Working at LB Expressions as a management trainee over the past year has been nothing short of a very beautiful and enriching journey. The number of opportunities that the place holds is beyond measure. The only thing that is guaranteed at a workplace like this is growth. From working on my limitations to enhancing my capabilities, the space helps identify true potential and takes it further. When I had joined the company, I was just a graduate looking for interesting opportunities but in the course of this year I have worked on administrative responsibilities, hiring, social media management, research of products, sales, training, and entrepreneurship to name a few things. Sonali is a wonderful mentor to work with as she encourages and supports everyone to come up with their own ideas and helps implement them by nudging us in the right direction. While a lot of people may be using these adjectives to define their experience at various places/stages of their career, I have been fortunate to be able to use all of them to define my journey at LB Expressions. I learned to unlearn a lot of things before consciously picking up skills and abilities which were required at that certain point in time. The management leaves no stone unturned in helping all employees to choose the right path, provide guidance, strength, and genuine care all along.
