While many people may be using these adjectives to define their experience at various places/stages of their career, I have been fortunate to use all of them to summarize my journey at LB Expressions. I had to unlearn a lot of things before I could consciously pick up skills and abilities which were essential. The management leaves no stone unturned in helping all employees to choose the right path, provide guidance, strength, and genuine care all along. LB is like an institution, if you are willing to learn, you will shine. Sincere effort goes into rounding up the rough edges and understanding “why” for every task and much beyond. It’s not just working, but a way of life which I have learnt here.``

``I started working with Sonali a couple of years after my graduation in 2004. I was full of ideas and affluent technical expertise, but my thoughts were still raw. However, to make a product work simply with mere technical knowledge and naive ideas does not work as you also need to know how much to add and where to stop.
During that time, I got to deal with American and British brands as Calvin Klein, Abercrombie and Fitch, DKNY, Club Monaco, BCBG, Next, Marks & Spencer etc. I built my skillset and exposure during my visits to the fashion capitals around the globe and gained expertise. During my tenure at LB, I was also fortunate to collaborate with French luxury brands like Sandro, Essential, and Zadig & Voltaire, essentially brands that dominate the Paris Fashion Week.
It was great to be a part of an organisation under the direct guidance of Sonali, who is a great mentor and gives a lot of exposure and freedom to her people coupled with her taste and rich experience.``

``I joined LB expressions in 2020. Even though the time I spent there was short yet the experience was nothing short of marvellous. Sonali is a wonderful mentor to work with because she encourages and supports everyone to come up with original ideas and helps implement them by nudging us in the right direction. The way she manages the workspace is commendable. From the first day itself, she gets involved in every task and focuses on the detailing of our work and at the same time allows everyone the freedom to experiment and grow. Everything with her is a seamless process. My journey with her was short and sweet yet very memorable, filled with rich experiences. In this short period, I learnt a lot from her and thus, I hope our paths coincide again as I would be fortunate to work and learn with her again..``
